Having a correct nutrition is difficul for everyone in dail life, but it is even more difficult for cancer patients. If you know the benefits of correct nutrition in long term you will get surprised. Eat 5 or more portion of vegetables. Consume wholewheat foods instead of white floor and sugar. Try to reduce your consumption of high fat foods. Forget sausages, salamies and processed meats. If you drink alchohol, limit it to 1 or 2 glasses per day. Do not forget regular physical activities. A good exercise besides a good nutrition helps you to maintain your healthy weight and feel yourself more energetic.
